ORA-28150代理用户没有权限访问解决
ORA-28150: proxy not authorized to connect as client
Cause: A proxy user attempted to connect as a client, but the proxy was not authorized to act on behalf of the client.
Action: Grant the proxy user permission to perfooracle账号rm actions on behalf of the client by using the ALTER USER … GRANT CONNECT command.
解决办法就是给要访问的用户增加权限：
ALTER USER PIANO_COMP_TEST GRANT CONNECT THROUGH database_name --要访问的用户名;
